Location

Cardonald College Glasgow is located in the southwest of Glasgow, just five miles from the city centre. It lies between Mosspark Drive and Corkerhill Road, which can both be accessed via Paisley Road West. The M77 and M8 motorways and the Clyde Tunnel are easily accessible from Cardonald College Glasgow, which has a 330 capacity car park. 

Corkerhill train station links Glasgow Central Station and Paisley Canal Street to the College and is located less than a five minute walk away.

The College has adopted a Green Travel Plan to encourage more environmentally-friendly ways for students and staff to travel to College. We encourage everyone to consider the range of options available, including public transport, cycling, walking and car sharing.

Train

Paisley Canal Line - Glasgow Central Station - Corkerhill Station - 8 minute journey

Departs Glasgow Central at 8 minutes and 38 minutes past the hour.

Paisley Canal Line - Paisley Canal Street to Corkerhill Station - 9 minute journey

Departs Paisley Canal Street at 1 minute and 31 minutes past the hour.

SPT Subway

Alight at Govan or Cessnock for bus links to Cardonald College. The Subway runs from 6.30am to 11.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Cycle

Cardonald is a member of the cyclescheme cycle to work initiative.  The main campus has bicycle stands for secure storage and changing facilities for staff and student use.

There are many cycle routes in the area which avoid busy roads and utilise the nearby Pollok and Bellahouston parks.
