ESF Funded courses
If you live in Glasgow, are over the age of 16 and are unemployed (or in part-time work) you can apply for a place on a part-time or full-time course.
Introductory courses in Office Skills, Accounts, Sports & Fitness (full-time), Health & Social Care and Digital Media and Design are run by Cardonald College Glasgow in conjunction with partner agencies in the south-west of Glasgow. Courses last for 18 weeks.
As these courses are designed to improve your employment opportunities, there are no entry requirements and enrolling on any of the part-time courses does not affect your benefits. In addition you will also receive allowances for travel and childcare as well as an attendance allowance or wage option for the full-time courses.
