Course Description
This flexible course takes candidates through the training cycle and develops skills in planning, designing and delivering training sessions.
During the course you will also discuss strategies for identifying learning needs and providing assessment opportunities for learners.
After successful completion of the PDA Training and Development learners can progress onto the HNC Learning and Development.
