Course Description
All staff working on the door of a licensed premises, or those assuming the duties of door staff, must have an SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence.
The City and Guilds Level 2 course in Door Supervision (1900) is a short, fast track route to SIA compliance and takes staff through everything they need to know about the roles and responsibilities of a door supervisor, as well as how to deal with difficult situations, and even sometimes violent situations. It will help staff to recognise when people are becoming aggressive, or things are getting heated and potentially dangerous, and equip them with the skills to calm people down.
Cost
