Course Description
This is the Intermediate 2 Electrical Installation work programme and is aimed at getting people into employment within the electrical industry. It involves electrical installation work but also includes other practical activities. Students will also be shown how to use the Internet to help with studies.

Why Cardonald?
This course is delivered in the College's new £8.5 million Skills Centre. The College's Electrical Section is one of the largest in Scotland. We have a superb level of support from the electrical contracting industry both through close working relationships with employers and with the Scottish Electrical Charitable Training Trust (SECTT). Our pre-apprenticeship course is extremely popular with students but also with employers who recruit apprentices from the course.
Entry Requirements
3 Standard Grades in English, Maths and Physics at band 3 or above
If you intend to pursue a career as an electrician, you must not be colour blind.

Modern Apprenticeship in Electrical Installation (SVQ Level 3).
