Course Description

This course is for people working as supervisors or managers in a care agency/organisation and is also suitable for experienced practitioners who wish to become supervisors. It will appeal to those interested in professional development and can be used for registration purposes in certain sectors of care provision. Candidates should be able to work independently.

Subjects include;

Leadership; managing change; operational procedures and resources; managing client protection and supervision.
