Course Description
The Supported Learning Community Programme offers a wide range of subjects within the areas of lifestyle planning, core skills, IT, self expression, training and personal development. These can be delivered at non-certificated level or can link to the SQA framework.
The programme can be tailored to meet the needs and priorities of the individuals using support agencies in the community.
We can offer students the opportunity of working on a learning experience that will take place within their local community and at a time convenient for them.
Why Cardonald?
Specialist staff design the courses after negotiation with service providers to meet the needs of service users. Courses aim to make the learning experience relevant and meaningful to individual students.
When students attend a community provision course with us, they will be able to pick a learning experience that can be ½ a day a week or more. Students will be helped to choose personal goals and they will be fully supported to achieve these.
Entry Requirements
