Course Description
In this textile design unit you will develop your analytical drawing through a range of media, be introduced to machine and hand embroidery skill and learn various textile techniques. These skills will help you to translate your design ideas into fabric samples suitable for a concept garment.
Duration
24 weeks (Thursdays 6.00pm to 9.00pm)
Cost
For fee-paying students, £188 (to be confirmed for 2012-2013). This course may be eligible for an Individual Learning Account (ILA). You must have your ILA before enrolling on the course.
Entry Requirements
No formal entry requirements, but an interest in fashion, textiles or embroidery is desirable.
