Course Description

The ILM's management qualifications combine innovative design with a strong focus on developing workplace performance, and are explicitly designed to meet the needs of managers and their organisations. It is possible to undertake the shorter ILM Award, or the longer ILM Certificate in this subject.

Content

The ILM Level 3 qualifications (Award or Certificate) in First Line Management are designed to give practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their formal development as a manager.

Level 3 Award in First Line Management

This qualification consists of one mandatory subject (Solving Problems and Making Decisions) and three other credits from a wide range of options.

Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management

This qualification consists of four mandatory subjects (Solving Problems and Making Decisions, Understanding Change in the Workplace, Planning Change in the Workplace and Achieving Objectives Through Time Management) and 13 other credits from a wide range of options.

Delivery and Duration

We can be as flexible as you wish for groups of staff - day or evening courses are possible, tailored to suit your company's requirements. Alternatively, individuals could study via distance or online learning with tutor support.

Due to ESF Funding we can offer this course to you for £50 per person inclusive of the £70 ILM Registration Fee.

Cost of Certificates will vary depending on mode of delivery.
