The ILM's management qualifications combine innovative design with a strong focus on developing workplace performance, and are explicitly designed to meet the needs of managers and their organisations. It is possible to undertake the shorter ILM Award, or the longer ILM Certificate in this subject
Description
The ILM Level 2 qualifications (Award or Certificate) in Team Leading are designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader.
Level 2 Award in Team Leading
This qualification consists of one mandatory subject (Developing yourself as a Team Leader) and 2 other credits from a wide range of options.
Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading
This qualification consists of three mandatory subjects (Developing yourself as a Team Leader, Motivating the Work Team to Perform, and Planning and Monitoring Work) and 9 other credits from a wide range of options.
Delivery and Duration
We can be as flexible as you wish for groups of staff - day or evening courses are possible, tailored to suit your company's requirements. Alternatively, individuals could study via distance or online learning with tutor support.
