Course Description
Designed to build on the skills and knowledge gained in Level 5, this course will teach you how to be creative with style and colour. The focus is very much on enhancing your creative hairdressing skills to colour, style and dress hair. Colour correction and dressing long hair will be an integral part of this course.
Subjects Include
Hair Colouring and Lightening; Colour Correction; Combination Cutting; Style, Dress and Finish Hair; Long Hair Design; Creative Cutting; Current Make Up Trends; and Gents' Hair Cutting.
Entry Requirements
- NQ Level 5 Hairdressing or SVQ Level 2 Hairdressing.
- If you meet the entry requirements will be invited to an information evening. After this, the next stage will involve a skills test and interview.
- High level of personal presentation.
