Course Description
There is currently a growing need, industry-wide, for qualified helpdesk professionals - IT managers face a constant challenge recruiting and training qualified professionals to ensure consistent, high quality helpdesk support. The MCDST course has been designed to help address this demand and help employers readily identify qualified individuals to close this gap. The qualification will get you started in your IT career by ensuring you have the skills to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments running on the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have experience of using Microsoft Office and have basic Microsoft Windows navigation skills.
