Journalism
The College is one of only three NCTJ (National Council for the Training of Journalists) accredited Further and Higher Education training centres in the whole of Scotland. As a result, our HNC/D Practical Journalism course is very highly regarded
by all facets of the written and on-line press, and can enable you to progress onto Higher Education or start your career as a trainee journalist.
Students from the College's HND Practical Journalism
produce four newspapers per year. The paper, The Cardonald Courier has won a number of awards including The Herald Student Newspaper of the Year.
